This exquisite hairpiece is the perfect topper to your ensemble. The rigid sinamay fascinator is sculpted to fit perfectly on the side or top of your head. The hat is adorned with a multi layered organza ruffle creating a blooming flower. The hat has a black interior clip to fasten in place.
