The red satin top is adorned with black lace and mesh flowers red satin flowers with blackened edges, black chiffon flowers with black bead centers, three black dangling chains and V cut ribbons. The hat has a clip inside to secure it to your hair, as well as an elastic band which can be worn under the chin, or tightened around your hair, or not at all. The brim of the hat is wired, so you can bend it to a pleasing shape.
