Returns & Exchanges
At Heavy Red we truly want you to be happy with your purchases. When you wear Heavy Red clothing you should feel beautiful and expressive.
Within 15 days from the date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied, return the purchased item to us for an exchange or a refund. We will be happy to refund any unwashed, unworn merchandise with all tags and a copy of your receipt or invoice within 15 days from the date of sale.
We also offer an exchange up to 60 days from the date of purchase. You can either exchange the item, or choose to receive store credit for the full value of the item.
Due to health issues certain items are exempt from our return policy.
All sales are final on stockings and underwear and bathing suits.
All sales are final on seasonal items such as masks.
Costumes may be exchanged for a different size, but no refunds or store credit will be given.
All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the items are not in re-sellable condition.
