We have just redesigned this classic highly sought after dress. The new version has the following improvements:
-- softer silky smooth cotton with more drape
-- lined bodice
-- side zipper - so you do not have to undue the corset lacing
-- better, easier fit - longer zipper
The Rapture of Contention Dress is a simple statement. You, a beautiful doll like creature was loved and then heartbroken. The simple doll chic dress is black cotton (which is so silky soft it feels amazing) dress with quilted waist panels that have aesthetic corseting in the front and back. Dress has a lined bodice, long side zipper and adjustable straps. The dress has two bottom skirt layers made from crimson red soft cotton. This simple piece looks amazing with waist cinchers or corsets over it. Show them all...you are broken and beautiful.
This dress is cotton and does not have any stretch, if you are in between measurements, it is better to get the larger size and use the corset lacing in the back to tighten the dress to the perfect fit.
