A very unique Lolita underskirt. This is a stretch tube skirt which could be worn as a tight underdress or underskirt. The material is very stretchy and will conform to our shape. The entire skirt is black and white polka dot ruffles. The skirt is semi sheer. We have paired it here with the St Street Burlesque skirt to add dimension and texture to the outfit. You can wear the underskirt 3/4 length, knee length or even mini if you want it to go up to your bust. The skirt creates a fun twist to your ensemble.
